This page explains what information we get when you use this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a request through one of our forms (a quote, a shopping list or a pickup), we get what you type in:
- your name and phone or WhatsApp number
- your email address, if you give one
- how you'd like us to contact you
- the details of your request, such as stores, your shopping list, budget, items, pickup area and date, and where you're shipping to
If you call, text, WhatsApp or email us instead, we get whatever you send us there.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request and to provide the service you ask for: quoting, shopping, picking up, packing and shipping. If you give an email address, we send you a copy of your request. We don't sell your information.
Who helps us run the website
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the requests sent through our forms, and runs the "Verify you are human" check that keeps spam out.
- Resend delivers the emails our forms send.
- Requests arrive in our Gmail inbox.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that chat.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms may use what it needs to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep website requests for 1 year, then delete them.
