Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship from South Florida to Jamaica and most of the Caribbean. We also ship within the US, by UPS and FedEx.
How often do shipments go out?
Sea freight goes out every week. Air freight goes out Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
How long does it take?
Sea freight takes about a week, or two weeks in peak season. Air freight arrives the next day; get your items to us the day before it goes out.
Can I track my shipment?
There's no online tracking. Message or call us any time and we'll tell you where your shipment is.
How much does it cost?
Sea freight as low as $200. The exact price depends on what you're sending and where. Ask for a quote or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll give you a price.
Is there anything you can't ship?
We don't ship weapons or drugs. We check every item before it ships.
How do I collect my shipment?
- Pick up at the wharf. We ship it. You clear customs and pay any duties at the wharf.
- Pick up at our warehouse in Jamaica. With sea shipping, customs and duties are covered.
- Door-to-door delivery. We deliver to your door for an extra $150.
Who pays customs and duties?
If you pick up at the wharf, you clear customs and pay any duties there. If you pick up at our warehouse in Jamaica with sea shipping, customs and duties are covered.
Is my shipment insured?
We don't offer shipping insurance.
Our services
Can you shop for me if I can't travel?
Yes. Send us your list and the store or stores. We talk through prices and your budget, you pay, and we shop. If something is out of stock, we send you a replacement option on WhatsApp to approve or decline. Then we pack and ship. How personal shopping works.
I have a layover in Florida. Can you take me shopping?
Yes, that's Transport & Shop. We pick you up from the airport, leave you to shop, drop you back at the airport, then pack and ship your barrels and boxes. Plan your layover.
We pick up from Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach airports. Give us a week's notice. Your layover needs to be at least 4 hours.
Can you pick up my things?
Yes. If your items aren't packed, we pick them up and pack them (Retrieve & Pack). If your barrels and boxes are already packed, we pick them up and ship them (Retrieve & Ship). Book a pickup.

Can I order online and send it to you?
Yes. Use our US warehouse address to receive your packages. We combine them to save you on shipping. We give you the warehouse address after you sign up. About the US warehouse.
Do you charge extra for shopping or pickups?
There's no separate fee. It's included in your total price.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes. Mobile notary, by appointment: we come to you. We notarize most documents. We don't do loan documents. $10 per stamp, plus a $50 travel fee.
Can you return a package for me?
Yes. Process the return, send us the information, and we drop it off at the return location near us. Amazon, UPS, FedEx and USPS returns. Send us the return label or QR code.
